岗位职责Job Responsibilities
为公司的外籍客户提供健康医疗支持,协助外籍人士在当地顺利就医,维持与当地医疗机构的关系.解答相关问题;
Provide health care support to foreign customers, assist expatriates to receive care at the local hospitals .Maintain the relationship with local medical institutions and answer relevant questions.
部门日常客服工作回答客户咨询、常规福利查询、理赔争议处理、协调各部门解决客户用保期间出现的问题;
Daily customer service, including answering customer inquiries, checking routine welfare, handling claims dispute, coordinating various departments to solve customer problems arised during insurance using ;
熟悉客服部基本业务知识及其相关的其他知识,能独立担当客户服务的工作,尊重客户,维持良好的服务秩序,提供优良的顾客服务,有效跟进客户需求,做好客户与公司沟通的桥梁。做好中小型客户的续保工作;
Familiar with the basic knowledge of the customer service and other business-related knowledge, be able to do the cs work dependently, respect for customers, maintain good service order and provide excellent customer service. Follow-up customer demand effectively, build bridge between customers and companies. Renewal work of small and medium sized customers;
按照售前沟通的方案准备文档,例如新客户及续保客户的保障计划利益表、条款特别约定、服务手册,并录入相应系统;准备新入保客户宣讲资料。
Prepare documents in accordance with the pre-communication programs, such as benefits protection scheme form of renewal, the terms of a special agreement, service manuals, and input them in the system. Prepare preach materials for new insurance customers.
岗位要求Job Requirements
1、大专以上学历,英语/医学类等相关专业;
College degree or above. English or medical profession backgrounds.
2、有相关客服经验一年以上者佳;
Relevant experience of customer service is a plus;
3、有良好的客户服务意识,踏实肯干;
Good sense of customer service , steadfast and diligent;
4、英语听说读写流利,熟练操作电脑。
Good English speaking ,reading and writing skills; skilled computer operations.
