Prof. Dr. Heidi Bostic, University of New Hampshire, USA
Heidi Bostic is Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining UNH in 2016, Bostic was a faculty member in Romance Languages and Gender Studies at Michigan Technological University. At Michigan Tech, Bostic served as Director of Programs in Modern Languages and Interim Chair of the Department of Humanities. In 2009 she was recruited to Baylor University as Professor of French and Chair of Modern Languages and Cultures, that university’s largest academic department. Bistic was a former Fulbright Scholar to Chile (2004), and received the National Teaching Competition Award (2001-2002). She completed the Management Development Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2014.
Prof. Dr. Rome Chiranukrom, Chiang Mai University, Thailand
Mr. Rome Chiranukrom is currently the Vice President for International Relations and Alumni Affairs and a professor of Linguistics at Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He received his first degree from St. Olaf College, a Liberal Arts College in Minnesota, U.S.A. He went on to conduct a postgraduate study at Essex University, England in Theoretical Linguistics and finally started his career in his home town at Chiang Mai University in 1984. In the early stages of his distinguished career at Chiang Mai University after he became a lecturer in Linguistics and later Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, when he initiated the relationship between Chengdu University and Chiang Mai University in 2009, he later became Assistant to the President and then Vice President in 2012. Most of his published academic works are in Linguistics, which he was able to research and present his papers in many countries including China, U.S.A., Japan and the Southeast Asian countries. He also has followed administrative training in Thailand, Japan, Germany and Israel.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Annop Pongwat, National Research Council of Thailand
After graduating from Chulalongkorn University in Political Science in 1972, Dr. Annop Pongwat joined the Ministry of Education in Bangkok before attending Stanford University with full scholarship in the International Development Education Program where he received his Master’s Degree in 1974. He spent the next 4-5 years at Florida State University pursuing his doctoral degree in Developmental Studies in Education, again with full scholarship, before returning home to take a teaching job as lecturer in Educational Administration at the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University in 1982 where he spent the rest of his academic and professional career. He also served as Deans of the Faculty of Education and International College of the University where he continues to serve as a special lecturer in Educational Administration.
Dr. Kvish Thammissara, Naresuan University, Thailand
Dr. Kvish Thammissara had obtained two Master’s degrees respectively in economics (2005) and Educational Administration (2015) from Ramkhamhaeng University, Thailand. In 2009, he had attained his Ph.D. from School of Philosophy and Sociology of Beijing Normal University (BNU), China. Dr. Kvish Thammissara, is now a board of committee for development of the Integrative Medicine and Geriatric Care Institute at Naresuan University, Thailand. He holds a position of advisor to the Dean and Administrative Board of Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University on network collaboration of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. He also works as a consultant on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Project and coordinator with the campus of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.

Mr. Song Meng, once the staff of the Chinese-Foreign Translation Center directly under the China International Publishing Group, and Youdao, NetEase, and successively worked as the Head of the Internet Division of the Chinese-Foreign Translation Center and the Marketing Manager of NetEase Youdao Information Technology Co., Ltd., is now the Deputy General Manager of the New Tranx Information Technology (Beijing and Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a hi-tech corporation supported by the University of Macau and Tsinghua University, which provides Internet and mobile Internet services and applications through utilizing the artificial intelligence and big data.
